Why Choose the Onecam App
This totally delivered for me. It gives you the sort of quality one would expect of a 2.4G based connection and then goes beyond your expectations for this price range. It took a bit to set up sure but it was all user error. Hold this stuff literally next to your router and phone during set up is my main suggestion. As is usual on the Planet Earth -Exact- _Precise_ {spelling} of your 2.4G network name is really really reallllllly important. Once I got past that this is an amazing product. Stunningly well done!
I’m well impressed with this CCTV, it does the job for me, It plays up now & again like the sound sometimes takes a few seconds to come on & the video can take a few seconds to activate also, but other than that it’s fine. For some reason the date & time isn’t working properly though, I have to put it on Amsterdam time zone instead of London time zone, that issue needs working on! But I’m still a happy with it. The main thing is that you can catch thief’s in the act of steeling your stuff. 10/10
A good app and is well matched to the product but has 3 flaws. The flaws are: needs to start up on the last settings used like HD and sound enabled. The app buttons could be switches with hold to edit so quick tap to turn features on and off and lastly the ability to turn off the doorbell ring so visitors don’t hear it when they press the button. Frame rate could be better but I think that’s at the camera end..
Had a few problems with initial setup of the linked camera due to our router being a problem but online tech support were superb and very patient. Now working fine and notifications of camera triggers come through very quickly.
Not perfect, but not bad. I bought two almost identical cameras (same vendor), one works with tuya (and is more expensive) the other with their this app (Onecam). Onecam is much, much better. More and better functions, better stability.
Great little Camera and the app is very easy to use. I’ve had my camera for 4 months now and have had no issues so far it’s great once you get the settings right for your particular needs and adds that little extra security
The doorbell camera is really good. I use it every day. Also, I had some problems with the App and so I contacted the developer/supplier who were very helpful and resolved the issue by working with me. I recommend this product.
I fail to log in from my Honor handphone after using for a few months. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the application . The problem is still the same, I even restart my handphone a few time too. The app fail to open whenever I touch the icon. Please advise.
I give this app 5 stars…you have to make sure you really follow the instructions carefully, and I also found some videos that also helped. With how to install the SD card and how to charge the battery, you should check out the videos very helpful.
Conracted developer, replied immediately, will look for solution. First class support. Great app but I am unable to adjust either of the 2 cameras to the correct time zone. I am in Adelaide SA, if I set this time zone both cameras show wrong time and both are different. Please fix for 5 stars.
